i have a 2wd s10 and have been looking for a solid front axle. most of what i find are out of a full size truck. i need something that would look right on my truck with out spending alot of money. any suggestions?

There is a thread for 4x4 SAS. But out of curiosity, being 2wd, why do you want to do a solid axle swap?

'98 S-10 custom I-beams,14" coil-overs up front, 20" travel(in the works). Deavers in the rear, full bed cage, cab cage, dual spare carrier, 8.8" rear end, skid plate, (also in the works) 2 6" KC's on front, 2 6" KCs and 4 6" hellas on roof.

i got it from a family member for dirt cheap and its become my off road project. im a 16 year old male and i am learning and having fun with this truck. im just looking for any help tht i can get from anybody.

If your looking to pre run the truck, your better off with IFS. I think there would be a lot of fab work to do to put a solid axle on a 2wd. I havent seen it done tho, so I dont really know.

There's SAS prerunner but it's not CHEAP!

You're better off researching through S10forum.com SAS section or pirate4x4.com
