3.73's or 4.10's, go to junk yard, i have a 2.2 with 31's and 4.10's and its not to bad.

Thats what I had before too (3.08).  It worked good  until I got 32" tires then  I switched to 4.10.

Im assuming you have the 5spd 4.3 set up since you have 3.08.

But yeah as for this combo 3.73 would be better if you want to keep the rpms down an still do 80 mph on the highway.
With my 4.10 I cruise at about 2400 rpm going about 70 mph.
If I were to do it again I would go to 3.73 just for drive ability.
But Im use to the 4.10's  now just have to cruise on the freeway.
I have some 3.42  in my garage if your interested?

As already stated, the easiest options are 3.73's and 4.10's. I had a 9" with 4.11's and loved it much more than I like the 8.8 with 3.73's. But the decision will heavily rely on what motor/trans package you have and what size tires your will be running. If your going to run anything smaller than a 31, I wouldnt run 4.10's. But thats just me.

yeahh and its actually a automatic... which is weird. if i could go back id buy the 01 s10 i liked that was v6 stick. anyways i gotta deal with it until that but im running the 215s right now, im not sure what size that is exactly but ballpark 27, 28? lol. i wanna get 30s or 31s when these run down. id like 3.73s or even a 3.42 (Tobolose Slop) would work and i could still keep my mpg up. I know ive called around and 3.73s installed by a proffesional company is 675 so id have to see what it costs for both seperate enless anyone knows someone here in socal that can hook it up :) haha (im by the 210/57 freeways btw)

Best bet is to just go to junk yard $250 for rear axle with 3.42 or 3.73 all day long at the pick a part off the 60.

yeah I paid 280 for my gear install since I had all the parts and gears.

If your only going up to 31's or 30's  3.42 or 3.73 would be fine.

An like 95-s10  said pulling a rear end would be the most economical choice.

I like it just fine.  Its some good bang for the buck.
Bigdaddy a member on here has a good hook up for these kits hint hint.
Rumored they will start making it with an upper uni ball for some extra coin too.
You can order the kit through    http://www.airbagit.com/product-p/x2-car-cv8294c.htm
