Negative, I am the official DD camp setup guy especially for the barstow track.  I have set up so many dd meets at the barstow track, it is ridiculous, but you can assist

only this time it is goint to be a little different, since it isnt a race. what usually setup and down pit row will be in a wagon circle, and i want to be close enough to walk camp to camp, have a cubby hole like last year that turned into a lil oasis in the middle, and just have the spot. and you know i know how to pick a spot bruce

The clean dezert camp last year was right off outlet center right when you drive into the main pits to the left. You guys should show up early and grab a spot close by.

Jeff wall, it does help the cause. The whole DR vs. DD thing is childish and if those guys can't step it up and be the ones who are humble and willing to hang with everyone in the community then I know you guys can. This trip will be a lot more fun then the other dune trips you should really consider making this trip instead. Every set of hands help.

its usually a lil different when you meet people in person, most of the people that actually show up to these events are actual desert enthusiasts, not the shit talking internet fabbers that give the whole lot a bad image. i had numerous people come thru and hang out in my camp last year, it was just as much if not more fun than going to a race. Cool Cool

That's actually true.  I believe that's where I first saw ur truck. Anyway like MM said most people that show up to these things are really humble. Hope to see a big DD camp.
