You could toss a couple of spares in the back.  I actually think that i may have dropped maybe a half an inch because of the weight i have on the back of mine(shell and spare)

so just to clarify, you dont lose any height and your springs dont sag enough to notice if you remove the over load leaf?
and what exactly is cycling? is this more of a prerunner setup or does it benefit trail users too?

this will help trail people a lot!, cause your leafs will be able to flex a lot more over un even obsticals with out the over lo ad stopping your springs from flexing.... doing this and removing the sway bar in the front will let you supintion flex a lot more and better when doing trail stuff, i do some to around my house and my shit flexs a lot, pretty good for almost stock set up.

New shocks if you need them but no,  with the over load gone it will go through its travel more smoother, with the longer shackles it will cycle farther before it bottoms out. An add-a-leaf was designed for hauling loads, not for haulin ass.

so i removed my overload leafs today. i didnt notice a difference until i got onto the dirt part of my driveway, WOW much better ride! especially thru potholes and washboards. I took it thru a small trail by my house and i got much better flex and articulation. i lost a little torque off the line due to axle wrap but once you start rolling its no different than having them in. now i just need a locker  ;D
