The DezertDimes crew and Electrosport Industries will be at the SXS Stadium Series races at
Perris Auto Speedway on Saturday 9/12/2009 at around 3pm-9pm.
Come hang out at the Electrosport booth, check out some Dimes, and watch some sick racing!
The DezertDimes.com crew & the team from Electrosport Industries headed out to Perris Auto Speedway on Saturday 6/20/09 for the SXS Stadium Series event. It was a great time for everybody, we had a lot of fun, saw some killer racing and met some great people.
Trent, Tyler and I from Electrosport showed up around 10am at Perris Auto Speedway to get the booth set up and get settled. We had a great booth set up to show off Electrosports line of HID off-road lighting, and had my Sonoma, and Trents Total-Chaos equipped Tacoma S-Runner on either side of the booth, with 8″ lights and HID headlight conversions blazing. We also had my 05 Suzuki RMZ-450 setup with an HID headlight conversion, and 2 towers with 3 HID off-road lights apiece blazing.
The Dime was setup in full effect, showing off her new Viper Red paint, 33″ BFGs, and new dual verticle spares setup courtesy of Metul Munkey and the DezertDimes guys. It got quite a few looks.
We also had DD member Scott (SP89) & owner Julian of High Desert Motorsports showing off their newly finished 83 S10 Race Truck. It’s an amazing truck, very clean, with some really trick work done on it. Look for an article on this truck very soon here on DD. Julian and the HDM guys do great work, and are very cool guys.
With that said, we hung out at PAS for the day, showed off tons of Electrosport parts to the crowd, watched some great racing, and just had an awesome time overall. We’ll be out there again for the next race in July, look for an update on the frontpage here for the next date.
Head out to the SXS Stadium Series this Saturday 6/18/09 at the Perris Auto Speedway,
and hang out with the DezertDimes crew, and Trent and I from Electrosport.
We’ll have an Electrosport booth setup with a couple of trucks showing off our HID lighting products,
I’ll have my Dime there, and should be a great time.
The racing is awesome, and we’ll have a great booth display, so come check it out!

I headed out yesterday, Saturday 5/9/2009 for the SXS Stadium Series with my buddy Trent from Electosport, and met up with Pirate Mike & the boys from The Pirate Lab at The Perris Auto Speedway for the SXS Stadium Series.
Had a great time, some amazing trucks and awesome racing.
The Pirate Lab killed it, with a nice booth setup, tons of PL-built trucks,
and half of the crowd wearing Pirate Lab shirts!
Look for a DezertDimes booth, trucks & more at the next event, Saturday June 2oth.

On Saturday 3/28/2009, the whole DD Army headed up to SapperB (Bruce)’s house (LZ) in Barstow, CA around 1pm. The San Diego crew headed out, picked up a couple Escondido and Riverside members on the way, finally meeting up with more of the crew at the McDonalds at the Wrightwood exit off the 15 north.
The whole gang then headed up the Cajon pass and on into Barstow, in a huge Dime Convoy:

Everybody then pulled up at SapperB’s LZ, and the BBQ began:

Trucks Were Examined
Everybody hung out, checked out trucks and made some preparations to hit the Barstow track.
The trucks were checked out by hitting a few jumps in front of the LZ:

Gonna hit it
Then one of the DezertDimes members with a 5.0 stang, the ‘PreStang’ ripped a huge burnout:

The crew then headed down the 15 south about half a mile, and hit the edge of the Barstow track for some runs. This included S10’s from close to fully built, to even a stock truck huckin around with the other guys. You don’t see that kind of commitment from Ranger Owners (j/k Carlos)!!!

The crew headed back to the LZ for a BBQ and some more good times.
The PreStang ripped some sweet burnouts and donuts in the dirt:
Overall it was a great time, everybody had fun, and the trucks did great. Pirate Mike and the awesome crew from The Pirate Lab, and Matt & Dave from Baja Customs showed up and hung out.
Matt & Dave showed off some of their excellent work:

Thanks again so much to Bruce (SapperB) for hosting all of us and showing the whole DD Crew a great time in Barstow. Thanks to AJ (95-s10) , the Official DezertDimes.com Photographer for all the great photos. Thanks to everybody for showing up and supporting DezertDimes.com!
Had a great trip last weekend out at Gordons.
Headed out Friday night with my bro, roomate, the girlfriends, and the whole crew from www.WakeBoardSD.net (the San Diego wakeboarding community my bro & I run) to the desert for the first annual WBSD desert trip. Tons of fun, with some good partying and lots of sweet riding in the dunes. I bombed the Dime around for awhile out there, had a great time.
Managed to get it stuck really damn good in some soft sand…buried it axle deep. Finally took my buddy Mike heading over with his huge F250 King Ranch SuperDuty , aired down and in 4 low to tug it out.
Check out some pics from the trip in the new gallery!
